A solu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas eficaz e eficiente
\u00e9 baseada numa abordagem multidisciplinar e requer a compet\u00eancia necess\u00e1ria
para a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas em toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n

O modelo de oito disciplinas (8D) \u00e9 uma
abordagem de solu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas normalmente empregada por engenheiros de
qualidade ou outros profissionais e \u00e9 mais utilizado pela ind\u00fastria autom\u00f3vel,
mas tamb\u00e9m foi aplicada com sucesso em sa\u00fade, retalho, finan\u00e7as, governo e <\/span>manufactura<\/span>. O <\/span>objectivo<\/span> da
metodologia 8D \u00e9 identificar, corrigir e eliminar problemas recorrentes,
