Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o Auditor VDA<\/b><\/p>

No ambiente autom\u00f3vel, a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de auditorias ao n\u00edvel de sistema, produto e processo \u00e9 uma componente importante no processo de melhoria cont\u00ednua. A necessidade de realizar auditorias resulta essencialmente das normas de sistemas QM (ISO 9001), das normas de QM autom\u00f3vel (IATF 16949, VDA 6.1) e dos requisitos espec\u00edficos do cliente. Esta ferramenta \u00e9 utilizada tanto internamente na empresa como externamente na cadeia de fornecimento.<\/p>

Os requisitos que os auditores devem cumprir nas diversas auditorias s\u00e3o correspondentemente diversos. O que todas as auditorias t\u00eam em comum, \u00e9 o processo de auditoria em si. Este processo, desde o planeamento e prepara\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 \u00e0 implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados e ao acompanhamento, est\u00e1 regulamentado na norma ISO 19011 como uma norma de trabalho.<\/p>

Nesta forma\u00e7\u00e3o, as etapas individuais s\u00e3o consideradas mais detalhadamente, e s\u00e3o utilizados exemplos pr\u00e1ticos para usar em conjunto. Isto tamb\u00e9m inclui o aspecto comunicativo e social. Porque para al\u00e9m do know-how t\u00e9cnico e do conhecimento da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, um auditor necessita de uma boa capacidade de observa\u00e7\u00e3o, empatia, capacidade diplom\u00e1tica e criatividade.<\/b><\/p>

Auditor VDA <\/b>Qualification<\/b><\/p>

In the automotive environment, the implementation of audits at the system, product and process level is an important component in the continuous improvement process. The need to carry out audits essentially results from QM system standards (ISO 9001), automotive QM standards (IATF 16949, VDA6.1) and customer-specific requirements. This tool is used both internally within the company and externally in the supply chain.<\/p>

The requirements that auditors have to meet in the various audits are correspondingly diverse. What all audits have in common, however, is the audit process itself. This process, from planning and preparation through implementation and evaluation of results to follow-up, is regulated in ISO 19011 as a standard work.<\/p>

In this training, the individual steps are considered in more detail, and practical examples are used to practice together. This also includes the communicative and social aspect. Because in addition to technical know-how and knowledge of regulations, an auditor needs good observation skills, empathy, diplomatic skills and creativity.<\/p>
