A conformidade com a IATF 16949 \u00e9 a condi\u00e7\u00e3o para a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de fornecedores dos fabricantes autom\u00f3veis. Isto inclui tamb\u00e9m a disponibilidade da gest\u00e3o de topo em assumir a responsabilidade activa e pessoal pela qualidade: todos os executivos e respons\u00e1veis pelos processos de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o devem cumprir as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es no que respeita \u00e0 qualidade, de acordo com o novo conjunto de regras.

This also includes top management\u2019s willingness to take active and personal responsibility for quality: All executives and process owners in an organization must fulfil their obligations as regards quality, according to the new body of rules.
